Curved Glass

Curved glass or curved tempered glass is a type of safety glass that is curved during a thermal process under high pressure and temperature. This type of glass is widely used in architecture, automotive, and home appliance manufacturing.

Bent glass production process

Thermal method: The glass is placed on a mold with the desired shape and heated in a furnace to bend, then cooled and its shape is stabilized. If it is tempered, the strengthening process is performed simultaneously. Laminating method: Two or more bent glasses are glued together with an intermediate layer to produce bent laminated glass. This method, in addition to the curved shape, also has higher safety.
