Safir Tower in Sorkhroud, the newest project under construction in the coastal area of Mazandaran Province, Sorkhroud, is considered a leading building in modern and luxurious architecture. In designing and implementing the facade of the Ambassador Tower, an approach based on advanced technologies and the use of high-quality materials has been adopted to maximize both the beauty and functionality of the structure.
The front of the tower, which faces the pleasant coastal views, will use aluminum windows with a thermal break system and a lift and slide mechanism along with double-glazed tempered glass. This smart choice brings many benefits to the residents and users of the tower:
- Wide and continuous openings: The lift and slide system allows for very large openings that maximize the visual connection between the interior and exterior spaces. This feature, especially in coastal areas, provides a wide view of the natural landscape and enhances the feeling of spaciousness and generosity.
- Smooth and easy operation: Despite its large dimensions, the lift and slide mechanism allows the movement and opening and closing of doors and windows to be done smoothly with minimal force. By lifting the sash from the rail, this system minimizes friction and ensures ease of use.

Another outstanding service in the design of Safir Tower is the use of glass guardrails with a bracket or exposed jaw system in the front of the terraces as a shelter. This system also has significant advantages:
